Risk disclosure

Last updated 13 September 2026

This is the same disclosure the application shows before you rely on any figure in it. It is written to be accurate about how the software actually works, not to be reassuring.

Market prices here are delayed

Every quote, chart and level on this board comes from a free, unentitled exchange feed — roughly ten minutes behind CME. It is not suitable for timing an entry or an exit. Real-time futures data requires a paid exchange entitlement this software does not include.

Account figures are what you typed, unless a broker is connected

Balances, drawdown room and daily limits come from your settings until a live broker connection fills them in. A panel showing a figure is showing your last input, not your firm's ledger. Your firm's dashboard is the record; this is not.

Firm rules here are a reading, not the rulebook

The rules shown for each firm were read from that firm's own published pages and can be wrong, stale, or different for your specific account. One firm's cross-account rule could not be established at all and is marked as such. Check your own account's terms before trading against anything shown here.

The copier can place orders, and it can fail

Its breach guard refuses orders it calculates would exceed your room. That calculation uses the figures above, so it inherits their staleness. Copiers desync, partially fill, and reconnect mid-position — which at most firms counts as hedging across accounts and can end every account at once. Treat the guard as a convenience, never as protection, and never leave it unattended.

This is not advice

Nothing here is financial, investment or trading advice. This software is not a broker, a dealer or an adviser, and it does not execute at an exchange. Scores, expectancies and probabilities are computed from your own history and from delayed public data; they describe the past and predict nothing. Trading futures involves substantial risk of loss.
